SRI

What is SRI?

What would it be like if you found the owner’s manual for your body?

Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) teaches you (us) how to access our inner resources of ease and connection then how to bring them to areas where we hold tension, symptoms or disconnection. SRI does this through a series of 12 different exercises which include touch, breath, movement and focused attention.

As you progress through Network Care, the different SRI exercises will assist you on the journey of self-discovery.

The conceptual model for SRI is detailed in Dr. Donald Epstein’s book “The 12 Stages of Healing: A Network Approach to Wholeness”. This book describes the states of consciousness of each of the SRI exercises.

We have included a link with Dr, Linda Bedassian’s instruction videos of Stage 1-7 SRI to assist you in your home practice.

We encourage you to take advantage of SFC’s monthly SRI sessions listed on the calendar where we workshop different stages of SRI. There we may develop our own shifts in perception, giving us lifetime skills to access our own safety, strength and wisdom.
